Congratulations to Long Island City and for pulling off an economic coup. It’s no surprise that Amazon has selected Long Island City as one of 2 locations for it’s new corporate HQ. With the amount of residential building going on people will be able to walk 2 blocks to work. And for those that use Mass Transit…..piece of cake!!!! A real question does come up, “will the insurgence of IT jobs at Amazon cause more problems for IT talent starved companies in the NY area?” Read more about the move…………
