More and more companies and their hiring managers are looking to Social Media sites to check you out. Most common of course is Linkedin. Advice…..immediately go to your LI profile and make sure, at minimum, the same jobs that are posted there (along with their respective dates of employment) MATCH those on your resume. Your resume should have all of the details whereas your Linkedin profile needs to have just enough meat and keywords to create interest and for you to come up on a search.
